COSTECH ready to lend a hand with customer uptake.

Judging by the impact of the Weather Information Management in East Africa (WIMEA-ICT) project and uptake of the Automatic Weather Stations (AWS) deployed around the region, the Adaptive Environmental Monitoring Network for East Africa (AdEMNEA) Project should be able to match the same levels.

“At COSTECH, we pride in translating research outputs into knowledge products and in turn increase customer acceptance, breaking the research outputs into applicable products, commercializing the end product to promote sustainability for the project’s output and enabling resource utilization,” Mr. Mboma, the tech savvy personnel remarked.

And therefore, we’re glad to be part of the AdEMNEA journey – we hope to convert your research outputs such as the Smart Bee-hive and Electronic fruit fly Trap, upscale and go beyond the laboratories to the real beneficiaries such as bee farmers and mango fruit growers in Tanzania as well as around the region.
